Data store validation failed. Check that the data store item credentials are still valid and try again.

Description

The credentials or connection details stored in the data store item are no longer valid.

Solution

Update the data store credentials and connection information using the data store item page. To learn more about updating data store items, see Manage data store items.

If updating the connection information on the item page is not successful, contact your administrator and confirm that the credentials and connection details are valid.

If the issue persists, contact Esri Technical Support to report a bug.
