Uninstall ArcGIS Drone2Map using either the Control Panel or Windows Settings window, or silently using the Microsoft Windows Installer command.

Uninstall ArcGIS Drone2Map using Control Panel or Windows Settings

Uninstall ArcGIS Drone2Map using either the Control Panel or Windows Settings.

Access the Control Panel from the Start menu or search box. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program. Select ArcGIS Drone2Map under Uninstall or change a program, and click Uninstall. On the User Account Control and Windows Installer messages, click Yes to confirm that you want to uninstall.

Alternatively, access the Windows Settings from the Start menu. Browse to Apps > Installed apps, select ArcGIS Drone2Map in the list of programs, click More options , and click Uninstall on the pop-up that appears. On the Windows Installer message, click Yes to confirm that you want to uninstall.

Uninstall the Drone2Map products silently

To uninstall a product silently, use the following Windows Installer command:

msiexec /x <{product code}> /qb

The product codes for the Drone2Map suite of products are in the registry at either HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Esri (for a per-machine installation) or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Esri (for a per-user installation), in the string value ProductCode under that product's registry key.
