Sign in to ArcGIS Hub

ArcGIS Hub is available to anyone with an ArcGIS organizational account. The capabilities available after signing in to Hub are described below.

To sign in to ArcGIS Hub, do one of the following:

  • Open your hub site in a browser window and click Sign in on the global navigation bar.

    Note:

    Global navigation must be enabled. If you have a community account, use this option to sign in. If you are using a browser with an installed ad blocker, you may not see the option to sign in with a social login (Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or GitHub credentials).

  • Go to hub.arcgis.com, and click Sign in.

  • Sign in to your organization's ArcGIS Online home page. Click the app switcher next to your user profile, and select Hub.

    Tip:

    Hub sites that do not have a custom domain contain the hub.argis.com or opendata.arcgis.com subdomain in the site's URL (for example, https://mysite-organization.hub.arcgis.com).

To sign in to ArcGIS Hub, complete the following steps:

  1. Open your organization's portal website in a browser window.

  2. Click Sign in at the top of the portal website home page.

  3. Click the app switcher next to your user profile, and select Sites.

Note:

You do not need to sign in or have an account to search for and download public items on publicly shared sites that have been configured for anonymous downloads.

Obtain an account

Organization administrators add members to the primary ArcGIS Online organization by inviting them to join or adding them directly.

Hub Premium supports community member accounts. Get started by following the steps in Create a community account. Community administrators can add people to the community organization or invite people to join.
