Move user-schema geodatabases to stand-alone geodatabases in Oracle

User-schema geodatabases are no longer supported. Use ArcGIS Pro 3.6 or earlier to move the user-schema geodatabase to a supported geodatabase in Oracle and delete the user-schema geodatabase. Follow the instructions in the ArcGIS Pro help version that corresponds to the ArcGIS Pro version that you use to perform the migration and deletion.
