Buffer (Point)
The Buffer builder 
generates a circular polygon feature at a specified distance around a sketched primary point feature.
This builder is available to feature templates that create polygon features when a group template is configured with the following settings:
The primary template creates point features.
The group template toolset on the Tools side tab is set to Point tools.
