Message: Insufficient permissions to edit the selected version

This message is displayed in the Editing Status dialog box.

Cause

You have insufficient privileges to edit the data for the selected version. For example, only the version owner or a version administrator can edit protected branch versions.

Solution

To edit the data, do one the following:

• Create your own version to perform the edits.

• Modify the access permissions of the version you are attempting to edit.

• Consult your system administrator about a user account that has sufficient privileges.
