Point at every intersection

The Point at every intersection builder generates point features at a specified offset at every intersection of a line feature you create in a map.

This builder is available to feature templates that create point features when a group template is configured with the following settings:

  • The primary template creates point or line features.

  • The group template toolset on the Tools side tab is set to Line tools.

The distance from the left or right side of the primary line at which the new point features are created.

  • Left—Offset is measured from the left of the segment.

  • Right—Offset is measured from the right of the segment.
