Modify symbols on the map

You can select symbols on the map and modify them.

To modify symbols on the map, complete the following steps:

1. On the ribbon, click the tab where you added the Military Symbology Editor tools, and click Military Symbology Editor .

2. In the Military Symbology Editor pane, click the Select a feature to modify tool .

3. Click a symbol on the map.

   The Symbol tab is activated and the symbol preview appears.

4. Modify the symbol elements.

5. Optionally, click the Go to Label tab button and modify the label elements.

6. Click the Save Edits button to update the selected symbol.

7. To add the updated symbol to your favorites, click the Add Favorite button.
