0024069: Live traffic is not supported when publishing to ArcGIS Runtime

The network dataset uses live traffic, which is not supported in ArcGIS Maps SDKs.

Solution

Do not attempt to create a mobile map package using this data, or update the network dataset's traffic settings so it does not use live traffic.
