Validate Parcel Fabric (Parcel Tools)
Summary
Validates a parcel fabric using a predefined set of geodatabase topology rules and any other topology rules you have added for your organization.
The parcel fabric uses geodatabase topology rules to define parcels and model their behavior. Geodatabase topology rules define the spatial relationships between parcel features. You can define additional geodatabase topology rules to manage and enforce data quality standards in your organization.
Legacy:
This is a deprecated tool. The parcel fabric geodatabase topology can be validated using the Validate Topology tool.
Usage
Use this tool to validate an entire parcel fabric dataset or a large number of parcels.
The parcel fabric topology must be enabled.
Dirty areas in the validated extent will be removed. Dirty areas are created when data is added to or modified in the parcel fabric.
After validation, rule errors can be viewed by opening the Error Inspector pane. Rule errors are violations of topology rules and are displayed in the Point Errors, Line Errors, and Polygon Errors sublayers under the parcel fabric layer.
Parameters

Input Parcel Fabric |
The parcel fabric to be validated. The parcel fabric can be from a file or mobile geodatabase or from a feature service. |

Extent (Optional) |
The extent of the dataset to be processed. Only features that fall within the specified extent will be processed.
When coordinates are manually provided, the coordinates must be numeric values and in the active map's coordinate system. The map may use different display units than the provided coordinates. Use a negative value sign for south and west coordinates. |
