Description

The input workspace does not support checkouts. An enterprise geodatabase must be used as the source for replica creation. When checking out replicas, the destination can be an enterprise, a file, or a personal geodatabase. In all cases, the geodatabase release must be ArcGIS 8.3 or later.

Solution

Ensure that you have specified a workspace that supports checkouts.
