Description

The geometry may be invalid for one of the following reasons:

• It is a multipart geometry.

• The geometry is empty.

• It is a nonsimple geometry.

• It falls outside the geodatabase's domain.

Solution

To ensure valid geometry, it is recommended that you run the Check Geometry tool on the feature.
