Solution

You may need to verify one or more of the following situations:

• Participating locators are valid.

• The spatial reference of the composite locator is set.

• The workspace for saving the composite locator is not read-only.

• You have permission to access the output workspace.

• The name of the locator includes the .loc file extension.
