004215: Output format does not support Raster fields. Field <value> will not be converted to output

Description

This error will result when converting a personal geodatabase to a mobile geodatabase using the Convert Personal Geodatabase tool. Mobile geodatabases do not support raster fields.

Solution

Use a file geodatabase as the output type to maintain raster field data in the output.
