161003: Cannot compress <value>. Compression not supported on 64-bit object ID, big integer, date only, time only or timestamp offset fields.

Description

The file geodatabase contains a feature class or table that has at least one field data type that cannot be compressed. The following field data types are not supported:

• Object ID (64-bit)

• Big integer (64-bit)

• Date only

• Time only

• Timestamp offset

The specific feature class or table may be referenced following the error text.

Solution

The tool will compress the remaining data in the file geodatabase; however, any datasets containing unsupported field data types will not be compressed.
