Description
The dataset contains OID values greater than 32 bit. This occurs when the dataset being evaluated has 64 bit OID values while the validation error tables are 32 bit.
Solution
Use the Migrate Object ID To 64 Bit tool to migrate the attribute rule validation error datasets to 64 bit, and rerun the tool. This tool migrates the ObjectID and the FeatureObjectID fields in the error tables to 64 bit and bumps the minimum client version to ArcGIS Pro 3.2 / ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.
