180418: Invalid floor selected for the Ground Floor.

Description

The level specified for the Ground Floor parameter does not have associated floor or slab elements. Only levels with associated floor elements (for .rvt files) or slab elements (for .ifc files) can be imported as level features to the ArcGIS Indoors Information Model.

Solution

Provide a level with floor or slab elements for the Ground Floor parameter. You can verify which levels have these elements by adding the Floors layer from the BIM file to a map in ArcGIS Pro and inspecting the BldgLevel field.
