180488: There was an error importing linked files.

Description

An unknown error occurred while importing linked Revit models. This error can occur for the following reasons:

• One or more levels in the linked Revit models have the same elevation as a level in the host model. Each level in a facility must have a unique elevation value.

• One or more linked Revit files are not supported by the Extract BIM File Floorplan tool.

Solution

Do the following to troubleshoot the error:

• Ensure that the levels imported from the linked Revit files have unique elevation values.

• Ensure that the selected linked Revit files are supported by ArcGIS Pro.
