181109: Control point video time <value> must not be within 5 seconds of extraction timestamp <value>.

Description

The tool estimates control point locations using video frames before and after the specified video time. If the control point time is too close to the extraction timestamp, there may not be enough surrounding frames to accurately determine its position.

Solution

Adjust the Video Time parameter value so it is at least five seconds away from the extraction timestamp. Update the associated Camera Location parameter value if necessary. Alternatively, change the extraction timestamp so it is at least five seconds from the control point video time.

Note:

If no value is specified for the End Timestamp parameter, the tool defaults to the end of the video. In this case, this error may refer to the length of the video.
