190198: Date field has multiple time stamps that are equal

Description

Duplicate time stamps cannot be used, as they represent overlapping data.

Solution

Open the Input Features attribute table. Then sort the table by the Date field. Modify any rows with duplicate dates, or delete one of the duplicate rows.
