240033: The stop_times.txt or trips.txt file does not exist in the same folder as the input stops.txt file.

Description

The GTFS Stops To Features tool cannot create and populate the route_info field because the GTFS stop_times.txt or trips.txt files are not in the same folder as the input stops.txt file. Those files are necessary for deriving information about the GTFS routes that use each stop.

Solution

Use a GTFS stops.txt file in a folder with a complete GTFS dataset. Alternatively, ignore the warning if you don't need the route_info field.
