Known issues for ArcGIS Reality Server at Enterprise 12.0

The following are known issues for ArcGIS Reality Server at Enterprise 12.0.

ArcGIS Pro

Tiled 2D product regeneration fails.
Deleting tiled 2D products damages file geodatabase.
Generation of tiled 2D products fails if raster store is configured as Enterprise Geodatabase (EGDB) + Cloud.

Image collection created from satellite data has a whitewash appearance due to issues with statistics calculation. This visualization issue does not impact other workflows such as adjustment and product generation. To visualize the image collection, change the rendering to any other type other than None (For example, Minimum Maximum, Standard Deviation or Dynamic Range Adjustment).
The workflow for using ground control points cannot be completed because edit_control_points() fails when attempting to append control points to an existing control point table.
Product generation fails when reconstruct_surface() is run a second time for the same mission.

The following DJI thermal cameras are not fully supported: Zenmuse H20 Series, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, Matrice 30 Series, Zenmuse H20N, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, Zenmuse XT S, DJI Dock 2, Zenmuse H30 Series, DJI Matrice 4 Series.
