Known issues for ArcGIS Reality Server at Enterprise 12.1

The following are known issues for ArcGIS Reality Server at Enterprise 12.1.

ArcGIS Pro

  • 2D product regeneration fails.

  • Deleting tiled 2D products damages file geodatabase.

  • The GCP Manager sometimes takes a long time to import the GCP. The workaround is to reopen Pro, then the import will be fast.

General

  • The following DJI thermal cameras are not fully supported: Zenmuse H20 Series, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, Matrice 30 Series, Zenmuse H20N, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, Zenmuse XT S, DJI Dock 2, Zenmuse H30 Series, DJI Matrice 4 Series.

  • Cloud native store cannot be used as a configuration store for Reality Server.
