Repair or reload an alignment

If an alignment cannot be fully loaded, it is marked . You can repair or reload broken alignments. Repairing an alignment allows you to address a list of issues that have been identified. Reloading an alignment loads the alignment with the current configuration.

Repair an alignment

To repair an alignment, complete the following steps:

1. In the Project Tree, right-click the alignment.

2. From the drop-down menu, click Repair .

   The Repair Alignment window appears.

3. For each Issue follow the description of the Task to repair the alignment or click the button for this task, if available.

   The actions required to complete the tasks vary depending on the issue.

4. Once all issues are resolved, click Reload and Close to reload the alignment.

Reload an alignment

To reload an alignment, complete the following steps:

1. In the Project Tree, right-click the alignment.

2. From the drop-down menu, click Reload .

The alignment will be reloaded.
