Keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts can be used to trigger actions in ArcGIS StoryMaps. Choose a tab below to see the shortcuts for your operating system.
Briefings
Use these shortcuts to present a briefing:

Builder
Use these shortcuts to undo and redo recent changes or move the active slide in briefings and immersive sections:

| Move slide up | Ctrl + Shift + Up arrow |
| Move slide down | Ctrl + Shift + Down arrow |

Story outline
Use these shortcuts in the outline to manage story sections and blocks:

Format text
Use these shortcuts to apply formatting to selected text. Not all formats are supported in all locations.

Convert text blocks
At the beginning of a text block, type the characters below followed by a space to convert the block to a different type. You can use these shortcuts in empty blocks or blocks that already have text. Not all block types are supported in all builders or locations.
