The report opens on the Metrics sheet. If Microsoft Excel opens the workbook in Protected View, click Enable Editing in the header.

  2. Click the sheet tabs at the bottom of the workbook to view the worksheet you want.

  3. Interact with the data in the following ways:

    • Filter the data by using the filter controls on the left side. Depending on the sheet, you can filter by scenario, metric, space-use type, zoning type, or land-use type. To select multiple items, press the Ctrl key while clicking. To select a range of items, press the Shift key while clicking.

    • Rearrange data elements by selecting and dragging rows in the table to new positions. The table and chart update accordingly.

    • Show or hide metric sources by using the plus (+) and minus (-) controls in the table or chart on the Metrics and Metric Potential sheets.

Note:

If your organization uses Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, the PivotTables may remain empty until you set a sensitivity label for the workbook. After you set the label, reopen the workbook or refresh the data in Microsoft Excel by clicking Data > Refresh All.
