Uninstall ArcGIS Video Server
The installation mode you used to install ArcGIS Video Server determines the default uninstallation mode. For example, if you installed silently from the command line, the uninstallation mode defaults to uninstalling silently from the command line.
Uninstall using the wizard
If you used the software authorization wizard to install ArcGIS Video Server, it is recommended that you use the wizard for the uninstallation process.
You have the following options when using the wizard:
Repair—Repair any errors in a previous installation of ArcGIS Video Server.
Remove—Remove all files associated with an ArcGIS Video Server installation on a single server machine.
To uninstall ArcGIS Video Server, choose Remove. Follow the prompts in the wizard until a status bar appears. When the status bar indicates that the uninstallation is complete, click Finish.
Browse to the installation directory that contains the ArcGIS Video Server files.
Run the following command:
<ArcGIS Video Server installation directory>/uninstall_ArcGISVideoServerA dialog box appears confirming that you want to uninstall ArcGIS Video Server.
Click Yes.
ArcGIS Video Server is uninstalled.
Uninstall ArcGIS Video Server silently
To uninstall ArcGIS Video Server silently from the command line, run the following command with the correct product code from the table below:

msiexec /x <product code> /qb
An example is msiexec /x {BCA8F7A7-9A65-4E66-A007-83C0D3EF73A6} /qb .
