What's new

Explore the latest new features and functionality for the ArcGIS for Autodesk Forma extension. Release highlights are provided below.

1.1.0 release of ArcGIS for Autodesk Forma

The May 2026 update includes support for multiple languages, filtering ArcGIS items by categories, and an improved login experience for ArcGIS Enterprise users.

The following has been added in this release:

The extension now supports English (en-US), French (fr-FR), German (de-DE), Spanish (es-ES), Italian (it-IT), Portuguese (pt-BR), Japanese (ja-JP), Chinese-Simplified (zh-CN), Chinese-Traditional (zh-TW), Korean (ko-KR), Polish (pl-PL), Czech (cs-CZ), Dutch (nl-NL), Danish (da-DK), Swedish (sv-SE), Norwegian-Bokmal (nb-NO), and Hungarian (hu-HU) languages.
Category filtering in the My content, My favorites, My organization, and Living Atlas collections. Users can now filter by top-level categories and more specific subcategories to refine the content displayed in the Add layers page. ArcGIS Living Atlas categories contain a summary description when hovered over to provide additional context on the content available.
Native sign in experience for ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 users and simplified workflows for prior Enterprise versions. After clicking the Sign in with ArcGIS Enterprise button, users must enter their organization's portal URL to sign in to the extension. See sign in to your ArcGIS account to learn more.
