What's new in the ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension
Available with Data Interoperability license.
The ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension uses Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) technology from Safe Software. In 12.1, the ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension includes FME version 2026.1, which supports new formats and tools. ArcGIS Pro 3.7 also includes the same version of FME.
You can enhance the performance of your asynchronous jobs, with the option to pool up to 16 cores configured during creation of the web tool in the Configuration — Configure Pooling tab — Number of instances parameter in the Share a web tool pane in ArcGIS Pro or in Configure the shared instance pool in ArcGIS Server Manager after the service has been published
Web tools can now leverage ArcGIS Enterprise in the Cloud deployments, with support for ArcGIS Enterprise on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) by storing ArcGIS server jobs in cloud storage.
See the ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension system requirements for a list of the versions of FME included with each version of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Server.
