Use the dashboard

You can access detailed information about your organization's status on the Dashboard tab of the organization page. The status dashboard is organized into three sections: Content, Members, and Groups.

The available information on the dashboard varies by section. Many of the charts, tables, and lists include interactive drill-down and drill-through capabilities that reveal specific information as you interact with them. For example, in the Content section, you can choose only to see information about the public items your organization has shared.

To use the status dashboard, complete the following steps:

  1. Verify that you are signed in to your organization.

    Your account must be a member of the default administrator role or a custom role assigned the set of privileges to view all content, members, and groups.

  2. At the top of the site, click Organization, and click the Dashboard tab.

  3. Click the section tabs (Content, Members, and Groups) to access the information you require.
