An introduction to licensing apps built with ArcGIS Maps SDKs for Native Apps
Apps built with ArcGIS Maps SDKs for Native Apps must be licensed before they are deployed to production. Production licenses are named Native Maps SDK licenses. There are four Native Maps SDK license levels: Lite, Basic, Standard, and Advanced. Each license level is associated with a set of capabilities.
Production licenses can be obtained through user authentication or as a license string. You must assign members of your organization a user type that includes the Native Maps SDK license level that matches the requirements of the application they want to use. The following table lists which license level is included with each user type:
|
License level |
User type |
|---|---|
|
Natives Maps SDK Lite |
Included in the Viewer user type |
|
Native Maps SDK Basic |
Included in the Contributor and Mobile Worker user types |
|
Native Maps SDK Standard |
Included in the Creator user type |
|
Native Maps SDK Advanced |
Included in the Professional and Professional Plus user types |
The Native Maps SDK Analysis add-on license is compatible with any user type that includes the Native Maps SDK Standard or Native Maps SDK Advanced license level.
