Publish hosted video layers

With ArcGIS Excalibur, you can publish both archived on-demand video layers and livestream video layers to support a range of operational needs. On-demand video layers are created from video files and supported metadata files, allowing archived video to be indexed spatially and temporally for search, visualization, and analysis. Excalibur also enables you to publish livestream video layers from network video broadcasts and streams, making real-time video available as a web layer.

Publishing these layers requires that your environment be federated with ArcGIS Video Server and that you have the appropriate privileges to publish video layers.
