The 12.1 release of ArcGIS Excalibur expands video integration workflows, strengthens analytic-driven operations, enhances observation collection, and improves visual styling controls. These updates provide greater flexibility in managing video services, leveraging analytic outputs, collecting structured observations across analysis layers, and refining the visualization of imagery and video content.

• Expanded Video Publishing Workflows - Support additional video source workflows, including publishing a video service using camera locations stored in a feature layer and appending multiple video streams to an existing service.

• Enhanced Analytic Integration - Extended workflows to better leverage analytic outputs, enabling more seamless operational use of derived results within Excalibur projects and tools.

• Multi-Layer Observation Collection - Expanded support for collecting observations across multiple analysis layers, improving flexibility in complex analytic environments.
