Share your maps
You can collaborate with other members of your organization using ArcGIS Maps for Fabric. To share a map, complete the following steps:
Open ArcGIS Maps for Fabric or open an existing map and sign in to your ArcGIS organizational account.
Add data to your map.
Style your map.
Save your map to a workspace that your collaborators can access.
Those with access to the workspace will be able to see and open your ArcGIS web map if they have appropriate permissions to view or edit the content of the map.
Considerations
To share your map with other users in your Microsoft Fabric tenant, be sure to save your ArcGIS web map in a workspace that those users can access. Users with Microsoft Fabric workspace user roles of Contributor or higher will be able to make and save changes to the ArcGIS web map, while those with the Viewer user role will be able to explore and modify the map, but they won't be able to save those changes.
Regardless of their Microsoft Fabric user type, all users will must sign in to an ArcGIS organizational account to view or modify an ArcGIS web map. Additionally, if there have been any layers added to the map from an ArcGIS organizational account or ArcGIS Living Atlas, the user will need access to those layers to view the map.
For example, if you have added a private layer to a map from your ArcGIS Online content, others will encounter an error when they try to view your map.
