10073: Layer uses MapTips
A layer in your map or scene is displaying MapTips, which can impact navigation performance.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
Do nothing. Accept the performance as is.
Turn off the display of MapTips. In the Layer Properties dialog window, click the Display tab, and uncheck Show MapTips.
Additional information
MapTips are a layer property setting and do not require you to use pop-ups or the Attributes pane, giving you direct access to display field information. However, it is recommended that you disable MapTips when they are not necessary as they can impact navigation performance in the map.
