00263: Datasets from branch versioned workspaces may only reference the DEFAULT branch: dataset <value> does not reference the DEFAULT branch

You are sharing a map image layer with the version management capability enabled and at least one of the layers or tables being shared references a version other than DEFAULT. The layer or table that does not reference the DEFAULT version is indicated by the <value> parameter.

The version management capability requires that all layers and tables reference the DEFAULT version.

Solutions

Do one of the following:

• Change the version to DEFAULT. For more information, see Change the version for the map layer's data source.

• In the Share As Web Layer pane, click the Configuration tab, and uncheck the Version Management check box.
