24197: Standalone video is not supported

The stand-alone video in the map or scene is not supported when sharing one of the following:

  • The entire map as a web layer

  • A web map to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 or earlier

  • A web scene

  • A map service

Stand-alone videos can only be shared as a video layer or in a web map to ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 or later.

Solutions

Do one of the following:

  • Share the stand-alone video as a video layer.

    In the Contents pane, select a video. Right-click the selected video, point to Sharing, and click Share As Web Layer .

  • Do nothing. The stand-alone video will be excluded from the web layer, web map, web scene, or map service.
