    Gets the aspect in radians.
    Syntax
    Public ReadOnly Property Aspect As Double
    public double Aspect {get;}
    Remarks
    Aspect is defined as the direction of steepest slope. 0.0 represents a north facing slope with increasing values changing aspect in a clockwise direction

    Get Elevation, Slope, Aspect from TIN layer at a location
