Description

The tool could not be accessed and run properly.

Solution

If the tool belongs to a custom toolbox, ensure that the toolbox has been added.

In addition, the tool may not be currently valid and cannot be used. For instance, a custom model tool that shows a broken state cannot be run without being repaired. For a server tool, the tool will be invalid if the server is not found.
