Solution

Ensure the geometry of the feature does not include self-intersections or coincident points. Consider running the Simplify Polygon tool to ensure data integrity.

Some ArcGIS CityEngine rule packages may include references to feature attributes. Confirm that the feature does not have <null> or invalid values for those fields.
