Description

This error occurs in the following known and intentional situations:

• When using the Add Join tool with an input feature service, geopackage, or SQLite data, and the Join Operation parameter value is Join one to many

• When using the Add Index or Add Spatial Index tool with data stored in the memory workspace

• When using arcpy.UpdateCursor and arcpy.InsertCursor with read-only formats
