During the period of time represented by the specified time window, there is no public transit service running.

Solution

Confirm that the time window is correct. If it is, the results of the calculation are correct, and you can ignore the message. If it's not, rerun the tool with the correct time window.

If you are using a specific date as the time window, the date must fall within the date range designated in the StartDate and EndDate fields in the Calendars table of the public transit data model tables used as tool inputs or on one of the dates when service is added in the CalendarExceptions table.
