Description

When calculating public transit frequency statistics for points of interest, the Calculate Transit Service Frequency tool performs a Network Analyst OD Cost Matrix calculation to identify the public transit stops within range of the points of interest. This OD Cost Matrix calculation determined that no public transit stops were within the specified cutoff travel time or distance of the points of interest.

Solution

Confirm that the cutoff and cutoff units are correct. Ensure that the points of interest and the public transit stops occupy the same geography. Ensure that the network dataset is working properly. If all of these things are correct, the solution is valid. There are no public transit stops within range of the points of interest.
