Description

The GTFS dataset does not have a shapes.txt file, so the tool cannot generate the LVEShapes output for the public transit data model.

Solution

Don't try to generate LVEShapes output for this dataset, use a different GTFS dataset that includes a shapes.txt file, or generate a shapes.txt file for the GTFS dataset using the Generate Shapes Features From GTFS and Features to GTFS Shapes tools.
