Remove the settings folder
The folder that stores settings and state for ArcGIS Documentation Center can be removed to reset the app. You may want to remove this folder to resolve an issue that may be caused by outdated or corrupted settings files.
The settings folder isn't removed automatically when you uninstall the app because it may contain settings that you want to keep if you plan to reinstall the app in the future.
