Manage system deployments

In ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes, system deployments accommodate and support software features and workloads. Administrators can use ArcGIS Enterprise Manager to allocate resources for system deployments to scale the number of pods and set resource limits for each.

To update system deployments, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to ArcGIS Enterprise Manager as an administrator.

2. Click the System button in the sidebar.

   The system deployments page appears.

3. Click the name of the deployment to manage.

   The Overview page provides an overview of the deployment and includes the current status and number of pods started.

4. On the Settings page, optionally view or edit Number of pods or Resource limits, then click Save settings.

5. On the Pod placement page, optionally view or edit Node affinity or Tolerations.

6. If configuring new Node affinity or Tolerations, click Add.

7. Click Save pod placement to persist changes to shared pod placement settings.
