00439: Mixing editor tracking time zones (database and UTC) is not supported

You are sharing layers or stand-alone tables that have editor tracking set to record dates in different time zones—database time and coordinated universal time (UTC). Data with different editor tracking time zones cannot be published in the same web feature layer or hosted table.

Solutions

Do one of the following:

• Ensure all layers and tables store dates in the same editor tracking time zone.

  For consistency, standardize all date values to UTC. For more information, see Introduction to editor tracking.

• Share the layers as separate web feature layers based on their editor tracking time zone.

  Select the layers in the Contents pane, right-click any selected layer, point to Sharing, and click Share As Web Layer .
