24159: Floor-aware properties are not supported on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 or earlier

You are using a version of ArcGIS Enterprise that is not supported. Floor-aware properties are only supported when sharing to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or later.

Solutions

Do one of the following:

  • Verify that your portal is supported. Indoors floor-aware properties are supported when sharing to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or later.

  • Do nothing. You cannot use floor-aware properties.
