24196: <value> time zone will not be honored when sharing to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 or earlier

You are sharing a web layer containing a layer or stand-alone table with a defined time zone. However, your portal version does not support time zones defined in layer and stand-alone table properties.

The <value> parameter refers to a layer or stand-alone table.

Solutions

Do one of the following:

  • Share the web layer to an ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 or later portal that supports layer or table time zones.

  • Do nothing. The time zone will not be honored.
