Compares two SelectionSet objects to determine whether they are not equal.

Syntax

   ByVal left As SelectionSet, _
   ByVal right As SelectionSet _
) As Boolean

public bool operator !=( 
   SelectionSet? left,
   SelectionSet? right
)

true if both SelectionSet objects are not equal; otherwise, false.
